Emergency Foundation for Miserable ( Effm Cambodia ) is an NGO that is helping poor people during COVID-19 outbreak in Cambodia.
WIG provided economic support to help more people who’re in need through food distribution and sanitizers.
Most of them worked in factories that shut down and lost their jobs, or poor people whose livelihood depends on a small business that is not providing for daily sustenance.
